Crystal Headset is an international program for nominating the best of the best in the industry of contact centers and customer service. NewContact has repeatedly participated and won in the competition. In the 2014/2015 season, the Jury rated it the Best Team for Monitoring and Quality Control in the nomination; in the 2015/2016 season, it was the Winner in the category of Coach of the Year and the Jury rated it the Operator of the Year. In the season 2018/2019, the team of Alexei Shirokov, the Head of Telemarketing Projects at NewContact, was highly rated by the jury in the nomination of Best Sales and Telemarketing Team.
