On April 17, 2019 the Radisson Collection in Moscow hosted the ceremony of awarding the winners of the international Customer eXperience World Awards.
NewContact was highly praised by the jury in two nominations for Best Customer Experience in the B2B Sector as well as in Consulting, Out Customer , Best Project Change, and Business Transformation.
Custom eXperience (CX) World Awards is the largest, most renowned and recognized professional award giving event in the industry of customer experience. Each year, the prize given reveals and rewards the most interesting and successful projects, initiatives, strategies, partnerships, products, technologies, as well as improvement and modernization programs in the CX industry.
In the 2018/2019 season, more than 100 representatives of various business fields competed for the award in the best achievements in the field of customer experience.
NewContact attended the award ceremony for the first time. Cases were presented in three categories, in two of which the company received the High Jury Award for achievements and results in managing client experience: Best customer experience in the B2B sector, Consulting, Outsourcing, Best Project Change and Business Transformation.
Ms. Marina Petryaeva, the Head of Customer Service said: “We are very pleased that our projects were highly praised by the jury in two categories at once.

The giving out of prizes of the Custom eXperience (CX) World Awards was traditionally held as part of the annual industry experience-related Customer Experience World Forum.
